Kulguru Jawahar Lal Raina Strongly Condemns Pahalgam Terror Attack, Announces Fact-Finding Missio
Srinagar, Kashmir – Kulguru Jawahar Lal Raina, a prominent spiritual leader and head of the Rashtriya Hindu Vahini (RHV), National Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Panchayat Congress has vehemently condemned the recent terrorist attack on tourists in the popular resort town of Pahalgam, Kashmir. Expressing deep sorrow and outrage over the incident that claimed innocent lives, Kulguru Raina called the attack a “cowardly act aimed at disrupting peace and harmony in the valley.”
In a strongly worded statement issued late Tuesday evening, Kulguru Raina stated, “This barbaric act against unarmed tourists is an affront to humanity and a clear attempt to sabotage the growing atmosphere of peace and normalcy in Kashmir. Such violence has no place in our society, and those responsible must be brought to justice swiftly.”
He further expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured. Kulguru Raina emphasized the need for unity and resilience in the face of such adversity, urging the people of Kashmir to stand together against the forces of terror.
Announcing a proactive step by the Rashtriya Hindu Vahini, Kulguru Raina declared that a fact-finding team comprising senior members of the organization will soon visit the site of the attack in Pahalgam. “This team will assess the situation on the ground, interact with local residents and authorities, and analyze the security measures currently in place,” he stated.
Following their assessment, the RHV team will submit a detailed report and suggest concrete measures to the relevant authorities aimed at bolstering the safety and security of tourists visiting the region in the future. Kulguru Raina stressed the importance of ensuring a secure environment for all visitors to Kashmir, highlighting the region’s immense natural beauty and its potential for tourism.
“Kashmir has always been a welcoming land, and we must ensure that such acts of terror do not deter peace-loving people from experiencing its beauty and hospitality,” Kulguru Raina asserted. He called upon the government and security agencies to take stringent action against the perpetrators of the attack and to strengthen security protocols to prevent such incidents from recurring.
